Created national marketing programs for a chain of 3,800 stores that increased sales and profitability each year. Annual retail promotions used appropriate product in each region to bring customers into the stores. Multiple B2B promotions offered needed product and tools to drive business. All of these promotions increased sales, product awareness.
Created regional targeted marketing programs specific to the agricultural market in Idaho and Wyoming that drove a new market segment into auto parts stores in those states. The program dramatically increased sales during times that were traditionally slower.
Program Structure -Reviewed pricing and profit structure of business tools for a chain of five bank locations. With an understanding of where the profit came from, we were able to reduce up front costs to the customer and double usage of the program in less than a year. r.
Program Communication -designed internal communication tools and procedures that kept the focus on growth and retention of new accounts. The 5 bank locations grew over 8% two years running; they had previously attained no more than 3.5% growth.
